How Long Will Shipping Take?

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We offer international shipping to select countries for an additional fee. International orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing times. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

What is Wulfwear’s Return Policy?

At WulfWear, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging and has tags on it.
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Customized items, such as engraved or embroidered items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

How Do I Initiate a Return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@wulfwear.com to request a return authorization. Once the return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

What Should I Do if I Receive a Damaged Item?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@wulfwear.com. We will make arrangements to have the item replaced at no additional cost to you.
