Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 28 days of receiving it for a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached and protective inner liners intact. Please return items in a separate shipping box as attaching the return label directly to the original packaging isn't allowed. If the product or its original packaging is damaged, it cannot be returned.
US Order Returns
There's an $8.99 return fee. To start your return, click "Start a Return" below. Log in or enter your order details to begin the process.
International Order Returns
For orders made within Europe, contact support@wulfwear.com, note that return costs (6.99$) will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return for orders made outside of Europe, please email support@wulfwear.com with your order number and a list of the items you'd like to return. Please note, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund following our return policy, then place a new order for the desired item.
